Intentional Interim Ministry:

This program is designed to build up congregational momentum and prepare the church to receive a settled minister with expectations of optimum success.

Consultation Ministry:

This is a one to three day seminar which takes church leadership through developmental tasks that will include designing a mission statement, prioritizing goals and objectives, learning conflict management techniques, how to care for the minister, and more.
